Automation Engineer 
Carries out the maintenance and design of new / modified Distributed Control Systems (DCS), including analysing users requirements, preparing DCS logic and specifications and supervising testing and debugging. Monitors DCS system performance and recommends improvements thereof. Provides support to various plant automation systems such as Advanced process control, Real time database (PI) and plant automation system and network. Participates in the commissioning and acceptance testing of newly installed DCS and process computer systems

Control Engineer 
Directs and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, troubleshooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of electric, electronic, pneumatic and microprocessor based analytical instruments and process analysers, instrument equipments and associated control systems, distribution control systems (DCS) and pipelines instrument equipments in the plant. Provides technical advice and guidance on all related maintenance works. Participates in the planning and implementation of all system modifications, expansion and installations.

Electrical Engineer 
Directs and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, trouble-shooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of electrical equipment, control panels, power distribution systems and associated switch gears in the plant. Provides technical advice and guidance on all related maintenance works. Participates in the planning and implementation of all systems modifications, expansions and installations. . 

Mail Clerk
Receives, records all incoming and outgoing mail whether official or personal, sorts out and distributes according to respective destinations and maintain registers and records for future reference.

Mechanical Engineer

Supervises the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment in the plant, such as turbo machinery, gas and steam turbines, pumps, compressors, furnaces, heat exchangers, marine loading arms, steam generators, desalinators, reclaimer, pumps, reactors, conveyors, hydraulic equipments etc.  Includes monitoring of work execution and providing guidance and technical advice to ensure conformity to statutory and company regulations and adopting practices commensurate with Takreer HSE manual, dealing personally with more complex maintenance, and participating in shutdown and turnaround maintenance planning and execution activities and participates in the expansions/modifications of plant equipment.

Performs supervisory function and exercises financial authority at a level established by management for the position.

Planning Engineer
Reviews requirements for and participates in the preparation of routine, preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance. Actively participates in  major turnaround scope finalization in coordination with maintenance engineering and other concerned personnel, and issues them as required. Orders/reserves necessary spares required. Follows up on implementation of such schedules and adjusts as necessary in discussion with concerned personnel. Liaises with area engineers to arrange material reservations and support services prior to shutdown. Ensures the continued logging and updating of Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Project Coordinator
Supervises planning, scheduling, monitoring, estimating, cost control, computer based systems and reporting on projects being implemented by the Division. Analyses and advises on implementation strategies for new projects.   Establishes and maintains systems, procedures and techniques in the areas of planning, cost control and reporting. Monitors and control the Engineers’/Consultants’/Contractors’  project plans, schedules, progress, resource utilization and recommends corrective actions. Prepare capital and operating budget. Identifies trends for corrective action  to the taken.The scope of work in the areas of planning, scheduling monitoring and control covers more than one major project..

Project Engineer
Prepares mechanical designs for small to medium size plant modification or new installation projects; compiles and floats tenders for projects work to be contracted out.  Evaluates and negotiates bids and makes recommendation for award.  Develops contract documents and processes for endorsement.  Undertakes contracts administration in all respects, and monitors and coordinates execution of project work carried out by Contractors.

Safety Engineer

Supervises, coordinates and monitors the plant loss control programmes and provides specialist advice and assistance on safety aspects to Plant Departments. Controls the provision of a safe and hygienic work environment for all company and contractor’s personnel in the assigned plant area. Participates in the development of safety procedures and safety training programmes, and in safety audits. Prepares reports on incidents with recommendations for improvement.

Services Officer
Coordinates the provision of telex, telephone, stationery supply, janitorial services, catering, vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules and transport schedules at RRD. Arranges trips for employees and their families, as requested, from Ruwais to Abu Dhabi and back, society trips from Ruwais to Dubai, Sharjah, Northern Emirates for company employees & families. Issues bus tickets and also controls house keeping, cleaning, pests, beautification, landscaping etc.

Sr. Contracts Engineer

• Ensures the provision of centralized contract development activities to meet in a cost-effective, timely and efficient manner all Company’s technical, construction, maintenance, general services and manpower supply contracting requirements.
• Handles complex and high value contracts as assigned. In respect of these jobs, develops contracts for all Company Divisions and recommends qualification / evaluation criteria and negotiation strategies. Coordinates with and advises Users on various contractual and commercial matters. Evaluates claims/requests for contract variations and maintains follow-up until closeout of contract file.

Sr. HSE standard Engineer revised

Coordinates, monitors and audits the implementation of the Takreer HSE Management System and HSE Control Procedures.
Provides advice on International HSE standards and their implementation to ensure the safety of company and contractor personnel. Develops and delivers training programmes. Carries out  audits and investigations and ensures incidents are reported and investigated in  compliance with incident investigation and reporting procedures, including root cause analysis and the loss causation model.
Prepares procedures for protection of personnel, equipment, materials and plant , including permit to work, contractor management, incident reporting, hazard and risk assessment  and other key procedures.
Reviews project and engineering documentation to ensure that international HSE standards and ADNOC Codes of Practice are implemented.

Sr. Materials Engineer

Coordinates and participates in all Materials Specifications and Development activities to ensure data availability, cataloguing, standardization, suitability and assessment on two years operating spares for new projects.

Sr. Media & Publication Officer

Supervises the activities of Media & Publications towards the establishment and maintenance of good relationship between Takreer and local and foreign organizations, government agencies, local and international media. Plans and supervises the writing, translation and editing of in-house newsletters and other publications. Supervises the preparation and editing of the company’s brochures and other publications. Drafts and edits press releases and advertisements.

Carries out the smooth operation of central Library services to fulfill user’s requirement. Supervises the selection, purchase and distribution of company gifts. Coordinates the process of issuing press releases and news related information; includes publishing company’s monthly magazine and bi-Takreer Bulletin.
